Matt Daigle’s Club Car may be a new establishment, but the history of the building goes back decades. One look at the building and you can see it has character. From the hard wood floors, antique fixtures, and décor that makes you feel as though you’ve traveled back in time to the 1920’s. Matt Daigle has created a “gentleman’s whiskey bar” straight out of a Mark Twain novel, right here in Rutherfordton, NC.
Featuring the best whiskey selection in Rutherford County, Matt Daigle’s Club Car offers a quaint small town atmosphere, with a big city selection.
Club Car strives to keep hard to find liquors as well as imported and craft beers in stock from all over the world.
Club Car also gives you the ability to keep a whiskey journal at the bar, where you can log your tastings and notes about each whiskey you try. The journals are a great way to learn what you like and which whiskeys you’ve tried.
Matt is a member of the band “Queen City Rejects”, so he has a passion for giving local musicians a place to perform. You’ll find some of the best musicians in the area playing most weekends!
